Postdoc: AAV Capsid Engineering with Generative AI

Competitive joint ETH Zurich–Roche BEST (Bio-Engineering Systems for Therapeutics) postdoc program at D-BSSE Basel, developing state-of-the-art generative AI models for AAV capsid protein design to improve gene therapy vectors' tissue tropism, immunogenicity profile, and manufacturing yield. The role combines computational generative modeling with wet-lab validation including library construction and NGS-based screening.
