Postdoctoral Researcher – Bioinformatics (Long-Read Sequencing Diagnostics)

Interdisciplinary postdoc in the Clinical Genomics team led by Dr. André Kahles at the Biomedical Informatics Lab, ETH Zurich, developing innovative diagnostic technologies based on long-read sequencing. Requires a strong background in sequence bioinformatics, algorithms, and data structures within a team bridging clinical genomics and computational method development. Position offers the opportunity to publish in leading genomics and bioinformatics venues.
