scverse × Cell Painting 2026 Hackathon
A three-day in-person hackathon (September 2–4, 2026) at the Max Delbrück Center in Berlin, bridging single-cell genomics and image-based morphological profiling (Cell Painting). Three tracks cover integrating Scanpy/AnnData into Cell Painting workflows, single-cell perturbation tools for phenomics using JUMP-CP, and scalable model training on EU-OPENSCREEN datasets. Applications closed May 24; acceptance notifications are sent June 8, 2026.
