Key Responsibilities

  • Distill complex biological questions into actionable computational strategies
  • Implement and optimize statistical/ML methods for large-scale single-cell and spatial transcriptomics datasets

Minimum Requirements

  • PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, genomics, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience post-PhD
  • Extensive hands-on experience with large-scale single-cell NGS data analysis
  • Proficiency in Linux; in-depth statistical methodology knowledge
